This was serious news about the charges at Sri SIIM College, especially after signing a contract on stamped paper. The complaint, to which the EurAsian Times has access, has been registered against key executives of the Sri SIIM College, including Ranjan Seng (Director of the Admissions Committee) and Sumena Dutta (Registrar and PA Chairman – Dr. Swami Parthasarata). The complaint was registered at the Vassant Kunj Police Station, New Delhi, on August 29, 2018.
According to the complaint, Sri SIIM rented its computer classrooms and two classrooms and signed a legal memorandum on conducting online exams. However, the landlord complained to the police Vasant Kunj, accusing Ranjan Sen and Sumen Dutt of fraud, fraud, blackmail and invalid termination of the contract.
