TikTok superstars Nicky Ciampa and Pierre Bou are ready to add a new title to their already impressive list of achievements.

The content creators/social media stars — who have attracted nearly 25 million followers on TikTok thanks to inclusive “love is love” branding and wholesome storytelling — will be flipping their first property.

The real-life couple just put their suburban home in Bell Canyon, California up for sale, asking $2,250,000 for the one-of-a-kind property.

The real-life couple bought the suburban neighborhood just over a year ago, paying $1,735,000 for the 4-bedroom home in the exclusive 1,700-acre community just north of Calabasas.

That means Nicky and Pierre could make quite a profit on the sale of their Bell Canyon home, which is currently listed by Rebecca Schwartz Sklar of The Agency and Zack Sklar of Beverly and Company.

With a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 baths spread over 4,445 square feet of living space, the split-level home sits on a one-acre hillside lot in the prestigious gated community of Bell Canyon.

As you enter the property, you are greeted by a huge living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that reveal sweeping views of the mountains, canyon and city lights.

There are several quiet outdoor patios throughout the property where you can sit, relax and enjoy nature. Encompassing an acre of open space, rock formations, fruit trees and abundant lush foliage surround the property.

While we don’t know where they’re headed next, we do know that the house was a dream come true for TikTok stars. Buying a house has been a long-standing goal of the influential couple.

At the beginning of the year, Niki and Pierre opened up for LA Magsaying that the pursuit of this goal even left them aimless for a while:

“I remember how this was a huge goal of ours for a long time, and when we sometimes got up in the morning and didn’t want to get up — we didn’t know what to do with our day.” – said Pierre. “Two weeks [after buying the house] after we were completely depressed.’

Nicky added: “I totally understand, there was one night—four or five—we were in bed and it was the biggest full moon in history. And we thought, “What parallel universe are we in?” It was very surreal.”

With that goal behind us and some extra cash to burn, we look forward to seeing where these two lovable influencers fly next.
