When your mind and heart are truly open, wealth will flow to you effortlessly and easily.

Question:

Dear Deepak Chopra! This year I started meditating for the first time in my life thanks to the 21 day meditations. Besides being very emotional during meditations, I see colors and patterns, shapes, and this may sound strange, I’m not sure: the purple bat. It’s always there, and since I meditate alone, I don’t know what it means. I would like to learn more about my process and would appreciate any suggestions or comments. Thank you so much for offering this wonderful program. Sunny greetings from Aruba.

Answer:

The colors and shapes you see during meditation do not mean anything significant. These transitory images are like random thoughts that pop up during meditation. These are just cues to gently bring you back into your meditation practice. It is in the spaces or gaps between thoughts, feelings and images that our silent self has a chance to recognize itself and awaken.

love,

Deepak
