Credit Solutions engages a consumer friend for a debt review
SWU & Maxi Credit Solutions will now transfer their debt processing processes to Consumer Friend
SWU Credit Solutions, as well as Maxi Credit Solutions and SWU Housing Finance, which offer loans and financing to the public (including military loan assistance). They exist since 1999.
Credit decisions and debt review
Every credit provider should have a department (or dedicated resources) to deal with debt verification issues arising from consumer over-indebtedness and debt repayment difficulties. Because consumers can initiate a debt review, credit providers should be able to help them through the process when a debt counselor calls.
These brands (collectively called Credit Solutions and affiliated with ORBIS Holdings) have now decided to bring in Consumer Friend to further assist with debt review matters.
Debt counselors communicate regularly with Consumer Friend and use the DReX portal to review debt issues for a wide range of credit providers. They will now be able to use the same communication channels to resolve Credit Solutions issues.
