Combined with the previous appointment of Hank Courson, CFO, these proven leaders will drive CYPHER LEARNING’s global growth, customer success and innovation—helping the company achieve its mission to improve education by fundamentally changing the way people around the world learn and learn.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Geisler will define and drive CYPHER LEARNING’s global marketing strategy with close company-wide alignment that delivers scale, customer value and a clear differentiation from a traditional Learning Management System (LMS). She has more than two decades of marketing leadership experience, including two successful initial public offerings (IPOs), category creation and accelerated innovation. Geisler previously held executive positions at Vectra AI, Forescout, McAfee, Cisco and others.

As CRO, Kane will define CYPHER LEARNING’s global sales strategy. Kane’s passion for customer success will drive revenue growth with high customer retention at Fortune 500 companies and educational institutions. Previously, he was CRO at Formative, where he led the company’s efforts to expand partnerships to increase customer satisfaction, leading to increased revenue. With more than two decades of experience, Kane has also held executive positions at Newsela, Tangoe, Quickcomm and others.
