Former British Prime Minister David Cameron has said he has received a new concert with a civil service organization that encourages British teenagers to work with their communities, the BBC reported on Wednesday.

Working for the National Citizens’ Service is Cameron’s first new job since give up his seat in parliament last month and resignation as prime minister after the June 23 Brexit vote.

Cameron will serve as chairman of NCS Patrons. His goal is to make participation in the program a “normal part of growing up,” he said.

NCS is committed to preparing teens 15 to 17 to work through community projects and team building exercises.

According to the BBC, since its inception in 2011, the organization had 275,000 members.

The former prime minister said he was “pleased” that his replacement, Theresa May, was moving forward on a bill on the National Citizens’ Service, a piece of legislation that would give Cameron’s new employer, NCS, permanent legal status and force schools and tips to promote this, the BBC reports.
