UK-based Revolut has appointed Sid Jajodia as its new US CEO.

He also spent 12 years at Capital One in various roles, most recently as Senior Vice President and Head of Small and Medium Business Lending.

Jajodia, who will be relocating to the US for the new role, says: “The US is a key market for us with millions of potential customers who currently do not have access to a sophisticated financial services program that offers a wide range of services. which Revolut does, so the growth opportunities are significant.”

Revolut launched in the US in March 2020 and has nearly half a million active users and around 150 employees in the country.
